Democratic leadership

Democratic leadership is also called shared or participative leadership.

making process.

I encourage my staff to participate in decision making

However, I make the final rule regarding a decision (Buama, 2018).

I distribute responsibilities to all the members.

My target is staff development and job satisfaction (Rowitz &
Riegelman, 2017).

I motivate my staff to take part in consensus building

My staff contributes to the solutions decided upon for the problems
affecting my institution.
